This is a specialty practice devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of disabling conditions. We see a variety of conditions ranging from back pain, accident injuries, arthritis, weakness, chronic pain, stroke, paralysis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and much more. Dr. Klein is a board-certified physiatrist (specialist in Rehabilitation Medicine). He performs special tests such as EMG‘s to help diagnose muscle and nerve weakness. Dr. Klein can provide non-surgical pain relief utilizing gentle Osteopathic Manual Medicine or Medical Acupuncture.
Dr. Klein is in solo practice. All patients in the practice see him exclusively for all their medical treatment and care.

Directions and Parking
We are located on Fifth Avenue in downtown Coraopolis. Ample parking is available. The Port Authority bus Route 21 stops right in front of the office.

Insurance and Payment
Dr. Klein participates in the following insurance plans:

- United Healthcare
While we attempt to provide the most current information regarding network participation, co-pays/co-insurance and deductibles, health insurance plans and networks change frequently. Please check with your health insurance plan to be certain Dr. Klein is in your health plan’s network and be aware of any copay or coinsurance you may have. Copays and co-insurance are due at the time of service.
For your convenience we accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit card payments may also be made through our patient portal.
All patients are evaluated and treated solely by Dr. Klein. We do not “double-book” appointments. Each appointment is time we have reserved just for YOU. Please notify us as early as possible if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
NOTE: If you have an appointment but feel ill with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath we ask that you stay home and call the office to discuss further options.
** EXISTING patient appointments that do not require an in-office visit will take place via telemedicine until the office reopens.
** NEW patient appointments and existing patient appointments requiring in-office care will be postponed and rescheduled once the office re-opens.
